You’ve officially accepted us as your new BFFs and we’re getting the ball rolling on the overall feel + vibe for your wedding. We’ve created a design board specifically tailored to your dream day and will chat you through everything from bridesmaid + groomsmen color schemes to the napkin fold on the tables. These meetings are included in full + partial planning packages with the option to add on to the wedding management package.

We’re here for you every step of the way! From the minute your package begins we want to know every single detail of wedding planning. After all, we are your best friends + personal hype squad. Venue Walkthrough
STEP 04
The final in-person meeting before the rehearsal! We’ll set up and coordinate the meeting with the venue manager to ensure everyone who needs to be there, can be. This is your moment to ask any last minute questions, go over the layout in person so you can envision exactly how everything will be set, and ensure everyone is on the same page to execute your dream day.

Timeline + Layout Creation
STEP 05
After the venue walkthrough, we’ll work directly with the venue (and you!) to build a layout detailing exactly where everything will be placed. From figuring out the perfect way for the arch to face to ensure perfect lighting for photos, to the placement of the cake table to make sure all your guests can see, we’ll finalize every little detail.

Rehearsal Coordination
STEP 06
You get to enjoy your rehearsal time and your last day as fiancé’s, while we take the reins on coordinating the rehearsal. Worried about drunk groomsmen? Flower girls not walking to the right place? We’ve got you! We’ll guide everyone to their correct places and go over the processional until everyone’s confident in their role, while touching on our recommendations for everyone during the day (including putting down the monogrammed flask a few hours before the ceremony). Then, we’ll send you off to your rehearsal dinner to enjoy a cocktail, while we head off to prepare everything needed for the next day.

Dream Day Management
STEP 07
Ours + your favorite day of the whole planning process! You’ll enjoy getting ready stress-free as we take care of every single detail. We’ll pop in in the morning to ensure every champagne glass is full, every bow tie is tied, and the party is started! Then we’ll hop behind the scenes; directing vendors, overseeing placement of rentals per the layout, and managing the timeline down to the minute. Rest assured the day will go smoothly + be as beautiful as you imagined, because you’ve got your two besties handling it. From the first coffee of the morning to the last champagne toast of the night, we’re there to keep the party going!
